Load was scheduled to be picked up on 07/02/24 @ 10:00 (Tuesday) and delivery was set 07/06/24 @ 09:00 (Saturday) At the shipper we checked in earlier than 10 AM and checked out at 3 PM On friday 07.05.24 i was asked by the broker if we can deliver on 07.05.24 instead of scheduled delivery appt (07/06/24 @ 09:00) Driver told his ETA is on friday at 3 PM but due to some construction on the road he arrived 10 miles away from the receiver without time on HOS. Broker was very mad because we told ETA at 3 PM but he didn't arrive there at that time. We also were told to check in at receiver Saturday at 7 AM instead of 9 AM. Time in at the receiver - 06:25 AM;Time out - 12 PM. Manager "Allec" confirmed over the phone that the customer will not pay detention because we did not arrive at the receiver on friday at 3 PM.
