I have been running for Trinity logistics for 4 years, just decided to leave a review because I noticed a lot of reviews popping up, I have for one never had an issue with Trinity logistics. They always pay dentention timely, Tonu when I needed it, I literally have never had a single issue out of this brokerage for all the oversize loads I have done for them around 30 a year! Don’t know why they are getting all these negative reviews lately but I will keep running until they give me a issue I guess but they have been nothing but fair, prices are decent, and very respectable anytime I have ever worked for them! Not paying a TONU
Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)
Don't book with trinity unless your are willing to do stuff for free. We booked a load for next day pick up at 7am had rate con in hand then get a call that they canceled the load asked for TONU and they said we give you one with no reason. Then book another load with a different driver and they canceled it moved it to the next day so we said yeah we would stay on it and what happened they canceled again saying their pushing it back.

Don’t like pay for our time

I sat in lake city, fl waiting to be loaded, they held me up for 6 1/2 hours when I requested my detention for my time they told me I wasn’t getting paid cause I delivered my load ahead of time. I normally call my del for parking & update that I’m delivering their merchandise, per customer they asked if I can deliver asap. So I did & trinity penalized for for that by not paying me for my detention. Your Damm if you do & Damm I you don’t!!!

they kept me 4 hours and then canceled my load

Trinity Logistics are the best !!! 🤬🤬🤬 Let me tell you a quick story about them : I had a pick up today friday in Denver Co, going to Miami Lakes FL , i had the dimensions on rate con , legal load . When i arrived at the pickup i loaded with a crate over dimensions 110wide . I spoke with them and asked extra money for oversized load and permits, they kept me 4 hours and then canceled my load Now i got stuck for the weekend in Denver Co Good luck with this trucking business!!!

Refuses to pay detention
Load # 7879800, sales rep Katy Day , I've sent you BOL and all the info the same day the load was delivered. I've asked the rep to check the hours and to update us with detention hours. If it is 1h or 3h I've requested the same day but rep never responded to my emails. Now, after 15 days rep uses the excuse that the load was already released. I have fulfilled the obligations as per agreed contractual terms but rep is representing Trinity Logistics and rep failed in communicating with us and with completing contractual terms. We asked several times to have a manager involved here in the email chain with no luck. Honestly, I personally will reconsider booking loads with Trinity Logistics in the future.
