    TQL has now decided that $25 per day for chassis is what they will pay. Pool chassis are $30.55 per day, so we would have to pay to do their loads. What a joke. All truckers need to ban them until they get with the program. They are very non trucker friendly brokers.

    Had a receiver leave 1 pallet onboard, the driver did not see it till he got to his next load. They then sealed the trailer, we ASAP got the extra pallet back to the shipper at our cost, but they refused to pay detention saying we held their overage hostage they held my driver at the dock from 1830- 0030 and all we asked for was the 2- & 1/2-hours detention

    HI we work with them we have issue with them after covid after load got deliver and paid to us after 23 month 10 days after deivery they told us we have claim 2 year ago 5 pallets was short and showing on bol and broker paid us but after 23 month they stop our $19900.00 our payments and telling us that shortage of 5 pallets, we arguments to than claim to cargo insurance ,they said no never paid us stop our other payments From that day we stop working with them almost 4 year NEVER WORK FOR THEM THEY ARE LIER

    TQL is the most dishonest, liar, thief, crook ever existed in the history of brokerage, to all. Of my fellow carriers do not I mean do not work with TQL it’s not worth it they will cheat on your hard earned money all the small carriers should stop booking freight from TQL and they will understand with out carriers they will go out of business.

    We had a load from TQL after a long negotiation, but they ended up canceling it on us, claiming the shipper canceled. Later, we found out the load was reposted on DAT. One of my coworkers called and was told the load was still available. When I confronted the same TQL rep, he put us on their Do Not Use (DNU) list. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. TQL misled us, possibly lied about the cancellation, and then punished us when we caught the inconsistency. We've also experienced false tracking deductions and unfair practices from them in the past. In our experience, TQL has shown unethical behavior. Be cautious when working with them.

    TQL is the worst broker to work with. After delivering their loads, they will charge you with multiple unreasonable chargebacks. If you are willing to pay out of pocket to deliver a load, than go ahead book with TQL.

    TQL Unreasonable charges for lack of maintenance on their own trailer

    TQL has a history of charging the carrier for things out of the carriers control. They don't maintain their trailers and then try and blame carriers for issues that are normal wear and tear. Has happened twice, won't work with them any more.

    Making Claim against Carriers

    The issue was regarding a reefer load we hauled for TQL with two delivery stops to Walmart DC. At the first delivery, we followed instructions and dropped the trailer at the dock as requested. After approximately six hours, our driver was called to pick it up. We then proceeded to the second delivery, where the driver was assigned a dock and began unloading. After about two hours, Walmart staff informed our driver that the reefer temperature had gone up and rejected the load. We immediately sent our driver to obtain the temperature control records, which clearly show that the only temperature fluctuation occurred during the first stop when the trailer doors were open for six hours at the dock. Since both deliveries were at Walmart DC facilities, the claim should have been filed against the receiver, not our company. Despite providing all evidence, TQL filed the claim against us and is currently withholding $14,700 from previous completed loads. It has now been over six months, and we have not received any resolution or response

    Moved quite a few loads for this broker over the years and then a claim came up for product being out of range by 2 degrees which in turn TQL filed against my insurance and stopped payment to my factoring company on previous load of 6500.00 plus the claimed load of 7000.00 for a todd to al if 13000.00 which of course there were other expenses such as fuel driver wages road taxes that all were pd by carrier on top of lost revenue so yes TQL is unethical and thieves be very very Leary of these people

    TQL is a scam! They charge carrier for no reason. After a month of delivering load there is a claim stating tire damage and $900 deduction. Idiots, we have provided trailer photos and clear evidence of showing we are not at fault. How on earth you apply such charges.

    Brokers for TQL are liars, carrier relations are not professional nor do they listen to the carriers conversation. Tql already has is in their mind that they are right no matter what. Does not offer two way authentication to prevent fraud. Did NOT LISTEN OR TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION OUR SITUATION WHEN OUR COMPANY BECAME A VICTIM ON IDENITY FRAUD. This company is also not transparent when it comes to the bid board. Multiple bids (same load). When calling in they say: "this load is acutually such and such, and picking up at such and such.

    TQL accused one of my driver of theft 4dys after the driver deliver and get a claim BOL. They have made claim to my insurance which was denied, they been sending me invoices now they have debt collector calling and emailing me I keep asking for evidence of my trailer being unloading and loaded since there was no sign of the seal tampered with but missing goods in a warehouse after 4dys which clearly i could never be responsible since they gives back the BOL WITHOUT ANYTHING MISSING OR SHORT. KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS A BOLT SEAL. They claim the driver could have change it and get back the same number to match BOL.

    They fraudulently tried to file a claim against us through our insurance. Our insurance said they would not pay due to it being fraudulent. They kept over $16,000 and tried claiming we still owed them $38,000 due to spoiled produce. We have pictures and documents stating it was not our fault. Our factoring company did not back us and took back the $16,000. I will never use them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Driver beware, they will screw you eventually. We are still waiting on the class action lawsuit to be filed against them.

    I stop working with TQL 13 years ago . They hold back critical information in order to purchase a oversized permit . But we find out with the POC at the jobsite, then we had to detour over 700 miles with escort in order to get into the jobsite from a different state. They refused to pay.

    They will pay whatever the original rate con says and even though the accessorials are approved by the broker, they wont pay the short pays. They also will hit you with claims for charges you should not be responsible for and deduct from your other loads.

    I completely stopped working with TQL over 5 months ago. The level of unreasonable charge back was ridiculous. My factoring company told me they are still trying to get their money from TQL from a load i ran 2 years ago. what a tragedy. TQL should definitely be sued. I ran 3 loads for them back to back from SC to Chesapeake, VA, it was an empty trailer drop off and they refuse to pay me till today reason being that they said i don't have paperwork. And the truth is that they told me from the unset that there was no paperwork, i just needed to take photos and send to them, which I did. All carriers run run run from them.

    Unethical Business Practice

    Been running with TQL for 3+ years without major issues — until now. Took a loadout trailer on a no-pay move in exchange for 10 days of use. Our truck broke down en route, and we immediately notified TQL. We expected collaboration, but instead, we were hit with a $1000.00 repower charge days later — no warning, no opportunity to recover the trailer ourselves. What’s worse, they admitted they don’t disclose recovery fees unless asked — then claim that not delivering due to mechanical failure is a "breach of contract," even with documentation proving the breakdown. We offered to resolve it in good faith, but they wouldn’t budge. This isn’t how a logistics partner should operate — zero transparency and no flexibility. Drivers and carriers: be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you’ll eat the cost, even on free trailer repositioning moves.

    Almost the same situation happened to us. TQL’s shipper overloaded our trailer, and we were issued a fine at the scale in Florida. We immediately reached out to TQL and asked if they could find another carrier to offload a portion of the cargo. They refused, saying they would cover the overweight ticket and instructed us to continue to the final destination. We did not want to risk and asked them again but Kathryn from TQL was extremely rude and insisted that no one but the original carrier (us) was allowed to handle their client’s freight. In doing so, she essentially forced us to haul an overloaded truck—something that put us at risk both legally and operationally. Later, TQL completely reversed their position and refused to reimburse the fine. They claimed their client told them we had asked the client to pay it, which is absolutely false. We never contacted anyone about this issue except TQL directly. This seems like a serious pattern of negligence and bad-faith behavior. If other carriers have experienced similar treatment, it may be time to explore a class action lawsuit against TQL for forcing carriers to operate under unsafe and unlawful conditions and then denying responsibility.

    TQL is by far the worst broker ever, they gave us a flatbed load that was agreed to weight 46k lbs, they loaded us with over 50k lbs... we got a ticket since the DOT scale was within 10 miles from the place... we called to get the freight reaccomodate and to have them pay the ticket and they gave us all kind of excuses, at the end we went back to the shipper... they paid the ticket since we told them that it was their fault... they accepted and apologize but said they didn't know how much the things weight and that they couldn't know for sure if we were overweight... they told us they will try, by that time we rejected to haul their load and a few days later... we got an invoice from the double of the amount of what we were getting paid... so instead of being compensated they are chargin us with $2400.00 when original load was paying $1200.00 and they were forcing us to take an illegal weight load... they are the worst company ever... they suck in every single way and I don't know why the FMCSA or DOT don't do anything againts them...

    Hey you guys  Be careful with this TQL broker representing these loads! I called in a pick up today. The representative in this extension told me the load wasn’t going to be ready till Sunday 10 AM and delivery was Monday 4 AM ! (16hour) For all the real drivers out there everyone knows that this would be running illegal at this timeframe as A Solo driver ! I sent them an email stating that we weren’t going to sign the Rate Con because we would be running illegal as a solo driver! He replied that we look like a bad company by not taking this load (reminder- we never signed the Rate Con !) But he threatened me that he would put it on the notes that my company was calling in and not going through with the loads. I’m infuriated because these carriers are Not only being taken advantage of on the rates But now these brokers are getting mad when we are not running their loads illegally for them !! what is thi industry coming to!!!
