    I'm glad that you reacted promptly and replied and tired to understand our concerns , but I don't think you had enough time to really investigate at least what happened , I stayed on the phone and asked your employees to send a test email while I was on the lane so they can check that they got the correct one , this request was intentionally ignored , secondly I was in touch 3 times if any1 had attempted to send an email why I wasn't notified that you had issues when sending the email and is bouncing back ? We have many channels of communication and even considering you are not able to contact a concret dispatch it's easy to find our distribution list and be heard , especially that we worked before and you have company's contacts , the explanation that you had to react and had to look for alternatives doesn't sound convincing at all when this load was booked yesterday , and I was in touch asking about it last time in the evening , and this morning I checked again and you had it covered already ( where was the rush , if it doesn't PU until Friday ? , defiantly the market's conditions nowadays are not putting that pressure on you ) , even when I told your employees this morning that this is a bad practice and it will be reported , that doesn't sound to bother him at all , and after all you are coming with excuses instead of solution to avoid this in the future , what is making the 1st point to stand up ...

    I have booked a load with them on the 02.19 ( Reference# 60869-1 ) the PU for the load was for 02.23 , I asked the broker to send me the RC he said he will do it in the next 15 minutes , then nothing happened for a while , I called again and another broker from the same company answered ( they didn't wanted to provide an extension and said that any1 in the company would be able to help ) he said that we are on the load but just waiting to confirm the PU appt ( it was a FCFS load when I booked it ) , again nothing happened , I called the 3rd time and asked if they can send an email to confirm we are on the load and we can stay in touch once they finally have the RC , have been told once again that he will do it ( as it was expected already ,that never happened ), Important to mention that the load was still posted during all this time ( several hours ) ... I called again Today 02.20 and have been told that hey tried to reach out but couldn't get ahold and took us off the load and recover it ( they still have 3 days until the PU, and I don't have any missing call from any1 at their company ) this is very unprofessional , unethical , and deceptive practice , I would advise every1 to avoid booking loads with this broker as there are no values at the core of the operational team , and therefore you can not expect them to honor any agreement

      In response to the situation described above, our efforts to contact the carrier regarding the revised ship date of 2/20 were met with challenges. Despite multiple attempts through email, encountering bounce backs from the provided address, and unanswered phone calls, we were unable to establish communication. Consequently, we were compelled to explore alternative options to fulfill the load pickup on the specified date. It is important to clarify that any suggestion of poor communication on our part, leading to a negative review, is unfounded. The communication difficulties arose directly from the carrier's lack of responsiveness and provision of inaccurate information regarding the appropriate contact within their organization.
