TITAN CONCEPTS INTERNATIONAL, LLC RLoad: 0007991 I have requested multiple times the revised rate confirmation with detention and reimbursement for lumper, unfortunately, Daniel Garcia GarciaD@tcilogistics.com, is not replying. According to the rate confirmation our delivery appointment was for 7 AM, our driver has check it IN at 6:35AM, just to find out the appointment was for 1PM in fact, no one has informed us about this, I have informed the broker immediately but unfortunately no reply was received. We got unloaded at 6:06 PM, lumper receipt has the time on it. On my multiple requests regarding the 8 hours of detention at the receiver has been ignored.
