Booked with TA Services: No touch load, driver was not even allowed on the dock, load sealed. Shipper has secured the whole load with just 2 straps, in the middle of the trailer which not the correct thing to do. Load has shifted and damaged eventually. The product was leaking, all over trailer and outside of it. Broker is stating it's the driver's fault and they even told to keep going with the leaking product - a very wrong thing to do.
