We specifically asked if there is going to be any late fees or other fees related to our late arrival , broker rep Eli Zaharov said there won't be anything because our delay was caused by the truck being in the shop and nothing else, Reefer was secured all this time and was running the temp required We kept the broker updated all the time and he knew what's going on always. Now, he doesn’t recall saying anything about having no late fees.
