    Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

    I don't recommend booking loads with this broker. They won't pay you any detention, layover fees or even extra miles for redelivery. I hauled a load for them with 2 drops and my driver was on time for the pickup and on time for the 1st drop in Breinigsville, PA ("Wakefern grocery"), but had to wait for 8 hours to get unloaded and physically couldn't make to the 2nd stop. Broker was updated constantly throughout a transit and with delays at the receiver, but nothing was done and they didn't want to talk about compensation either. After my driver reached 2nd drop, he was told delivery's being rescheduled 5 days later (receiver McLane). Yes, the broker found a place to redeliver next day, but the driver had to go 55 miles extra. No compensation for detention at the 1st drop, no compensation for layover at the 2nd stop, no compensation for extra miles. They even tried to find a cause to blame carrier for delays.

    Load #366787-1, brokered by Select Transport. The original Rate Confirmation specified a pickup time of 2:00 PM on October 22, 2025. However, upon arrival, our driver was informed the pickup was rescheduled for 11:00 PM on the same day, resulting in a significant delay and detention. Despite immediate communication with Select Transport representatives, Tino Oliver, and repeated requests for resolution, the issue remained unresolved, causing our driver to incur substantial detention time. This situation directly contradicts the strict appointment time policy outlined in the Rate Confirmation.
