They are not paying dentetion or layover, they're lying about PU/DEL times, we did a load from Dawney CA to Vegas , took them 7h at the PU and 2 days at the. delivery. They got the emails with all the updates on time. At the end they denied to pay detetnion or layover , they said we didn't send them the BOL in time , layover denied because we were late for delivery 1h. We told them that we were late because it took 7h to load us , they don't care, spent 3 days for 250 miles, driver is pissed and he quit!
