  Unethical business practices

  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  Having done numerous loads for them., I thought we developed a mutual beneficial business relationship. Delivered my last load, the stated I was late. Was not late, they never advised of a new appointment time. Charged me 600 late fee? Mind you I was parked at the gate and was tracking. Apparently calling and advising of new appointment would be asking to much? Refused to explain thier poor handling of the appointment. Will never pull another one of thier loads. Sub Zero star is appropriate.

  Pathetic they work hand in hand with Pilgrims who's also in Gainesville refuse to pay detention and wait time just to get a door exceeds 10 hrs..Total joke dry loads same miles same money less wait..RPH is important time is money!!I know people with brokerages and rooster cruisers running reefer who've been around since 1970...Fuck these scum bags here......

  Dishonest Broker – Avoid Luke and Peach State Truck Lines

  Reason: Communication issue

  This broker is a nightmare. Luke is a liar and completely unprofessional. Nothing he told me was true: • Said shipper was 9 AM → it was 10 AM. • Said first stop was 4 PM → it was 1 AM. • Said second stop was 12 PM → it was 3 PM. • Promised 2 stops → changed it to 3 without pay. I sat 18 HOURS at the first delivery. Then they pushed the third stop all the way to Monday, leaving me stuck in my truck all weekend. When I called, the night dispatcher was rude, useless, and disrespectful. After wasting my time and money, they threw only $500 at me — not even close to covering detention, layover, or the extra stop. This company is a scam broker that lies, cheats, and abuses drivers. They will rob you of time and pay. Avoid Peach State Truck Lines and Luke at all costs.
