Watchdog on my mc

Hey I booked a load with them on 12/31/24 And the delivery was for 1/2/25 And I wand to the delivery and I am told that the load was scheduled for 1/6/25 And I reached out to them on the 1/2/25 by call and by email and no answer It was on 1/4/25 that somebody came with with are escalating this issue and we will keep you posted and from time to time I will reached out to them with email for an update and I did not hear back from from them until the 1/10/25 around noon and said we want to take the load back on 1/11/25 at 7 am so I told him that he didnât even answer my request and anything but just asked to take the load back to the shipper I am not going to do anything if my requests are not meet with revise rate con and he said if I didnât take this load that day he consider as I hold the load on hostage and he will put that on my mc I have all the emails that I can provide to anybody who can help and on 1/13/25 he can with my a revise rate con which includes my request which I was asking to pay $400 a day for layover and 600 to take the load back to the shipper but he told me that they have the standard rate for layover that is $250 And I never disagreed with the $250 bc on the revised ratecon he consider $250 not the $400 that I requested and on 1/21/25 I went to deliver the load and sent him the paperwork work and the next day sent me new revise rate con with half of the rate and saying that I chose not to go for the 1/11/25 but he forgot that he didnât send me new contract for this load and put on 1/13/25 the watchdog on my authority and with this hard market I canât find work and I am behind my bills could somebody gave me some ideas because I can provide all the paperwork and emails I sent and received from them so we can know the facts This broker name is Mike Nunez Please I attached some documents below can somebody help me thank you NB until now I sent the paperwork to my factory and they never pay my factory is charging me back thank you
