    Our driver arrived at the receiver in Los Angeles and he was told that the load was cancelled in their system and they can not get us empty. We have been waiting for 6 hours to get an answer from Adrian Aguilar, the broker, but all he could do it's just put us on hold and avoid giving a solution. The driver did talk to someone from shipping and from the receiving at the same time. After 6 hours of waiting, the receiver started to offload us, but they left 3 pallets and said that they can not take them because those 3 pallets have to go to AZ We tried to reach the broker, Adrian Aguilar again but he did not answer the phone. We did inform Adrian Aguilar through the email about all these issues, but once again received 0 feedback. After a couple of hours Adrian called us back and tried to force us to go AZ when we already were booked for another load. Of course we refused to go there. With driver's forces we managed to get empty, this process took us a whole day of going back and forth We did not get paid for layover or any extra time spent at the receiver and again never heard from any Navajo agent since then. Now we found out that the WHOLE payment for this load was VOIDED and the given cause is that our driver was talking with the shipper and receiver on the phone. Driver was forced to do the broker's work in this matter in order to drop the product. We received 0 assistance from Navajo and now they are voiding $4000 because the driver was doing their job! STRONGLY AVOID THIS BROKER. THEY HAVE 25% CUT DUE TO NO TRACKING AND MANY MANY OTHER STUPID FEES. BUT IN THE END IF THEY WILL WANT, THEY WILL JUST NOT PAY YOU YOUR CONTRACTED MONEY AT ALL D O N O T B O O K!!!

    booked the load, and got to the pickup just to find out that the load was cancelled. never got the TONU never got a reply. Got a freight guard report from them!

    The load was picked up on time, load delivered on time, tracking was accepted by the driver, and the load was tracked from pickup to delivery. never got any notification/email/ call /text that it is not tracked. got short paid for no tracking!
