As you can see no mechanical issues Bobby Ivanovski 10:20âŻAM (7 hours ago) to L He says eta noon , here's the thing: the original driver that is still home decided not to drive so I swapped drivers

Fabricated lies from Delta Carrier Group
Carrier never communicated with us until 2 1/2 hours later after customer notified us that the appointment was missed, there was never any mention of mechanical issues as we have all emails from dispatcher, truck was never empty as stated, carrier lied to get load booked and then asked if he could get a work-in per dispatcher Bobby, definitely was a no-show no call, we had to contact them, afterword someone from the company kept calling us and harassing us about the report complaining it would hurt his business but never once apologized about hurting our business with our customer. I have all emails of conflicting stories from dispatcher. The only mention of mechanical issues was when they fabricated this story to reply to the freight guard report

Stay away from this company!
Reason: Unethical business practices
We recently encountered a mechanical issue with our truck but acted promptly by securing a replacement unit and notifying the broker of the delay. We also offered full support and even agreed to accept any late pickup charges or delays on the shipperâs end to help resolve the matter. Instead of working collaboratively with us, the company chose to file a FreightGuard report labeling us as a "No Show and No Call" and falsely accusing us of fraudulent activity and unethical business practices. This is not only a gross misrepresentation of what occurred but also a deeply disappointing and unprofessional response to a situation we handled responsibly and transparently. We value integrity and communication in our partnerships, and it's unfortunate when others resort to damaging tactics instead of working toward solutions. We do not recommend working with a company that is unwilling to engage in fair and honest problem-solving.
