    Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

    After receiving recovered load and rushing to meet a already impossible deadline we then get told that the receiver won't accept load till next day which cost us to lose the possibility of getting a load the next day and we were promise lay over pay and it's been 3 weeks still no response please be weary of this company and be sure to get all promises upfront.

    This broker took $200 from a short load payment, because no tracking, and driver did have tracking, so sad, how they do this to small carriers, that survive every day from the short loads and with bad market. Jear is not a good broker to work with.

    I am writing to address a claim regarding a rejected load of corn (TQL Load out of Byron, CA). The temperature was maintained at 34 degrees continuously until delivery at Winco in Woodburn, OR. The load was rejected by Winco due to bad quality, not a temperature issue. We were then instructed to drop the load at Curso Produce in Canby, OR. The TQL broker subsequently requested a reefer temperature download, which we provided. The customer is now alleging the temperature was 42 degrees due to a defrost cycle and has filed a claim. I have the Proof of Delivery (POD), the reefer temperature log, and a written statement from Thermo King explaining why the unit registered 42 degrees during defrost. This information has been shared with [TQL Broker Name or Company Name], yet they are denying the claim, even though Winco did not cite a temperature issue as the reason for the initial rejection. Please review the attached documentation supporting our position regarding the temperature integrity of the load.

    TQL refused to pay for layovers and extra 256 miles delivery

    A driver delivered a load to a customer, the customer rejected three palets that left in my reefer trailer for three days in Houston Texas, they gave me an address to customer in Dallas Texas to deliver the load, after delivery they refused to pay me.

    If you are reading this comment please avoid to book loads with Jear Logistics or if you are booking take $200 more for detention in front or you will not get it after the load is done. Do not pay lumper from your pocket or you will just lose a month for taking your money back. They are avoiding to reply on your emails, on your phone calls and when you finally got them on the phone they are making some excuses. Just not worth of your time and that money.

    No detention, no support.

    Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

    16 hours of sitting, no detention; half of the load shifted, said probably our claim, disposed of product per their instructions, will not pay the disposal fee, will not answer emails or phone calls. We've done several loads in the past and this is the result if any problems. They will NOT help you. No more loads and turned over to a lawyer.

    Bad broker!

    Will not use them for any reason in the future!! They did a claim on us because the shipper did not wrapped the pallet properly and one pallet cursed a bit on the right, charged us more than the amount of the claim! Dishonest brokers!

    Load 898659 cancelled and sold it cheaper

    Reason: Cancelled after selling the load

    Currently hauling a load for JEAR, running in time for next load, next load is with JEAR also, Load 898659. Broker just called and said he cancelled the load and sold it to another carrier.

    They are not paying any detention no matter what

    When booking a load with Jear Logistics be careful when you reply to their conditions. They are not paying any detention no matter what and it clearly says in the email of their conditions. Make sure you either negotiate this at the time you book and these conditions are voided. Or just do not book with them if you expect this will take longer to load/unload, and you dont have money to pay for detention out of the pocket.
