Reason: Communication issue
Broker Travion Smith (775) 501-3210 is by far the worst broker Iâve come across with not with only Itâs Logistics but within the entire industry. He lied about details of the load, appointments and then overall stop communicating. For 48hrs tried to reach him by not on email but also phone with no response or answer. He informed Load was a live unloading per email so we had reload booked for driver then once drive reached receiver he was informed trailer would be dropped for 24hrs. Asked for pay for layover/detention and still no response. Be careful booking loads with Its Logistics this has been a constant thing with this company.if I could I would give 0 stars.
