In these changing markets, it's important for us to build out our existing relationships. We did about 158K with this company last year but lately they have not been honest and up front with how they handle transactions mostly on the Refrigerated side. This week alone we had two separate incidents. Integrity has been selling Reefer shipments delivering to the Northeast. While the loads are in transit, they change the delivery location to Bronx, NY. As a load planner, events like this are tough to deal with. The broker never wants to compensate you correctly, and there is nothing you can really do about it. It changes your schedule and the rate per mile. To avoid this from happening in the future, do not accept any loads DELIVERING into the following states. This will prevent us from ever having to deliver to the Bronx forcefully. See the attached document.
