  Kaije Guynn There broker So my driver went back to there other facility today to get the trailer empty But facility said they can’t work on it and trailer needs to be dropped until Monday or Tuesday so I asked for storage fee and these are the replies he sent me Also Why would I drop my trailer for 4 days for free and we asked them to write the address on rate con but he s calling that idiotic and what his broker said was null and voided he is keep on making false statements and saying he will report it stolen when we clearly not once tried to deliver twice we were told that they are there until 2 but then he s saying my driver was late there facility first had a line then they told driver they have no time and park on street no manager ever came out to inspect our trailer when we asked why were you not clear from the morning that they required to drop trailer he lied saying he said it from the first moment

  Their company out of Canada does the same thing they will book for more amount after delivery they will apply deductions. multiple loads they have done this too

  We booked load from CO to CA. We went to delivery on time but one of the pallet needed to be restacked. So driver went and got it done. We asked broker for new appointment. He rather than sending new appointment found a new place and said we need to go to specific place only. Restacking was already done driver did went back to Costco and showed them the pallet they said but need new appointment because time already passed 1 hour window. Rather than sending new appointment they keep on saying go to that place when we asked send us that address on rate con and we will drop the load at the place. They never sent anything one of the person from there team called and told one of female coworker to chill and go smoke a cigarettes. Now they are keep on calling and harassing and deducting from $1000. Still no new appointment or rate con with the facility where they telling us to off load the load. Even sending emails they will file a claim and mark as stolen
