They have totally control of the carrier providing all the info to the broker so they can be available to control the market. Dirty company monopolize the market playing again the carrier like if we don't have enough of being in the button of the food chain

I have serious concerns about this company’s practices. They openly admit that they give access to drivers’ ELD data to outside third and even fourth parties. There is no transparency about who these parties are or how the data is being used. This raises serious risks — from identity theft to potential cargo theft — and puts drivers and shipments in danger. In the U.S., access to location and logbook data should only be granted to trusted partners, such as brokers or clients, and never to unknown outside entities. Sharing sensitive data with unverified parties is unacceptable and goes against the principles of safety, trust, and privacy that this industry depends on.

HIGHWAY IS A DICTATOR in this trucking industry. GETTING TO MUCH PERSOANL INFO FOR NOTHING. they are putting double brokerage tag on Companies. whoever has the owner operator, and they never ever listen to you even you give them proof of agreements, and the Brokers think they are preventing the fraud but actually they don’t. They are just trying to fool the brokers with load ratio. whoever have the authority they are legal to work here highway put many companies in hot water and most of them are going to be bankrupt soon because no broker wants to use them. REALITY IS THAT, ON DAT BROKER'S ACCOUNT HACKED EVERYDAY BY SCAMMERS AND HIGHWAY CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO PREVENT THAT FRAUD AT ALL. Brokers have workers in their offices they go by the book whenever they see your profile with double Brokerage, they don't want to use your company. STOP WORKING WITH HIGHWAY BROKERS.

Brokers were sending me to update my highway profile because of a " fraud" on highway. called them 5 times, told me that everything was fine, and than a brokers had it in his good graces to send me a picture so i know what is going on. 100% BS and no help from anyone!

Keep getting phone calls from them asking about information on my COI keep getting emails from them asking about onboarding with different Brokers that I have never spoken with when I call trying to report this fraud to them can't never get through

Brokers using Highway should be aware of Highway requirements in order to get set up. Number one: they require you as an owner operator to give them access to your ELOGS. a service pay by us and imposed by the FMCSA behind the name of safety. Number two: in case of not using a ELD or not wanting to allow them to piggyback on a service paid by you, Highway ask for a copy of the truck tittle and your driver license which is private information. Number three: base on their terms and conditions, everytime you log in their system, Highway will acces your phone and see your web history and operating mode on your phone. All this combined result on my opinion a violation of privacy.

This company has an F with the factoring company they are very slow pay I have been waiting for 5 months to be paid keep calling them they keep giving me the same excuse I'll be paid next month next month still haven't gotten here their customer service is horrible now I'm being told I have to go online there is no one in accounts that I can speak to live

I am on vacation, but still working from my hotel, and I can't login even there's 2FA, and I submitted code, but it says that I am.out of US. Also, I tried VPN, but it's not accepted. Sometimes I send almost two months outside of US, and I can't work. It's totally BS even my company and me are totally in compliance with everything!!!

During the process of connecting to broker systems through Highway App, my profile was blocked without prior warning and without clear explanation of the reasons. The company requested an excessive amount of personal and commercial information

We tried the same thing with them but it didn’t work to remove this stupid connectivity thing to ELD but highway are not welling to make it work. We filed at our state AG against highway, first respond was not even close to our claim so we sent proof to our state AG and we waiting now. We were setup with most of brokers and after they moved to highway now we can’t work with them.

This company is asking for titles of the truckers which is a sensitive info, is that info being sold, also when an owner changes a phone number or email address or the person in charge is no longer working for a carrier and the owner does not own that email or phone and updates safer, this company highway does not care if the FMcsa has updated the changes and verified owners identity, they will leave the old info there not allowing a carrier to register with a broker , they won’t remove that person either from the profile. This digital app is being used by the double brokers in India who respond to emails being sent to support and don’t have a clue about the industry , they refer to a census line that that’s what they go by, there is no census line here in the USA, horrible digital app created recently and only managed by 27 people for how many thousands of brokers something is not right

Highway is super annoying to a carrier, TRY to get access to our ELDs! Even the DOT doesn't dare to ask us that, they just require printouts or downloaded data. Who the these people think they are? I've never seen anything so cheeky, insolent and impudent in this industry! I'd rather get scammed by a double broker and not get paid than give some dubious 4th party nerds access to the inner workings of my company. And I just learned that the 4th party bought their carrier DB from a 5th party... A 3rd party brokerage lets 4th party verification system to get into my company's private business? I pay for those ELDs, I pay for the devices and the service and I pay to my safety officer to supervise it. Who are you to get access to mine and my trucks' data for free? I have cameras, engine telematics & diagnostics, reefer telematics and temp monitoring, GPS data, fuel consumption, there are some minor violations (disconnecting ;) ) here and there, it's 100% impossible to not have any with reefer freight. Don't even get me started on the legal liability I'm exposing myself to. What's next? Would Highway require my mother's maiden name? Access to my TMS? My cell phone and email? Access to my bank account? Would they like to send a rep to supervise my prostate exam? I already got set up with 3 brokers who use Highway, I told them all to bypass it or it's a deal breaker. All 3 bypassed it. And I would've canceled the loads if they didn't. No carrier would tolerate this once the market flips, I'll automatically cancel loads just on principle with everybody who uses such bullshit service that DARES to be so insolent! Edit: Brokers, it's not just verification, they want username and password! And here's one of my problems - my ELDs are integrated with my reefer telematics! Are you gonna cover the claim if some Highway anti-social IT afterhours nerd changes the reefer temp while my driver is sleeping?
