Reason: No Show and No Call
One of the worst brokerage companies I worked with, booked a load for only 300 miles with next day delivery, was promised that I can del the load in the morning, driver arrived at the given appointment but had to wait for more than a day, the reason they gave me for not paying extra money for that one day wait is "your driver drove fast in the warehouse" which is not possible, attaching the picture of warehouse below, it is a dust area, trucks going in 3 rows bumper to bumper, there is no way for speeding, the warehouse condition also doesn't let to do so.I have been trying to contact the broker I booked the load with for a day, emailing, calling but no answer at all, this is terrible service I have ever seen, the terrible reason I was given to cancel the extra pay, giving one star rating but it is too much for this company!!!
