    Unethical booking of loads

    Booked load on Thursday with Friday delivery. Delivery time was given as a range from 7am to 8pm as per rate confirmation. When we arrived at delivery we were told that our appointment is at 8pm. When we asked broker about it he told us that range doesn't mean there is no appointment and WE had to ask HIM if there is an appointment.. Also, he claimed that we didn't accept tracking, eve though we send him screenshots of active tracking. As of right now I lost my next load valued at $4,000, I will most likely have to pay for prime parking and will be stuck in Texas for the weekend without a load. I'll be filling a formal complaint with FMCSA, DOT and putting FreightGuard on him

    Juvensio Beltran juvensio.beltran@greatwide-tx.com from Greatwide Cheetah Transportation, LLC A broker to avoid by all means‼️ Before booking the load he said appt is 9am Friday On Thursday he said Plant has some issues and they cannot accept us until Monday 7pm, I checked with the plant my self and they said appt was never made for Friday 9am and broker knew on Monday that the delivery will be for 7pm next week on Mon, also plant said they always do that to carriers its not their first time 🤬😡 Beside that , we have spoken with others members of their team that wasn't of a much help either , Frank was the broker I talked today , he promised that will call me with an update in 2 hours - 4 hours ago ( never received that call ) same story on Friday when one of his colleagues told me that he is out until today , promised me that he will call at least with an update , refused to transfer me to talk to a manager both times saying that they are the persons who can handle it , while never answering the question how they will do that and why it's taking so long to handle a situation that they are aware of long before the load was delivered
