  Avoid this company and especially Tyler Hughes

  Avoid this company and especially Tyler Hughes: 1. booked a load with First Star Logistics,. 2. initially the shipper loaded the truck with the wrong freight and the driver had to go back 100 miles to get reloaded with the correct product. 3.Tyler confirmed an additional $250 pay for 200 extra milers. 4. Additionally, at each stop (3 in total) driver assist has been required. Driver assist was never mentioned in Rate Con. Driver was very kind and did everything he was asked to. We never asked for additional pay for driver assistance and have paid the driver from own pocket. 4. At the last drop, they had 2 carts short. The dispatch notified Tyler immediately and sent him the POD (clean POD!!). The issue: Tyler is accusing the driver of those 2 missing carts, refuses to pay $250 for the extra miles and sent a revised Rate Confirmation with -$350 deduction stating that the freight was damaged. This is totally unacceptable. We have provided the clean POD from all drops. All the way, Tyler is mentioning that the driver was responsible for counting the product. This was never mentioned in Rate Con.
