  **🚨 FIRST CHOICE BROKERAGE - 18 Years in Business & Stealing?! 🚨** It’s shocking to see brokers like First Choice Brokerage, who have been in business since 2006, engaging in the kind of shady practices that make all brokers look bad. 6 months and my friend is owed just a mere $1,000, and despite their claims of "mailing a check," his factoring company has received nothing. Due to a small tit-for-tat with broker and driver (my friend), he says it feels like pure retaliation from broker. He even went to their address listed on FMCSA SNAPSHOT, but it’s occupied by someone else—turns out, he’s not the only one who's gone there looking for them about payment. How are they getting away with this? How do they stay in business after almost 20 years? How can they use false address? How can a company which has been in business since 2006 be using fake addresses? What about audits and keeping your paperwork accessible on site? What happens if there is a serious or tragic incident and they need documentation? This is the kind of thing that makes it hard for drivers like my friend to pay their bills in an already tough economy while brokers play games with their money. It’s ruining the trust between carriers and brokers. What can he do to hold them accountable?
