Read the Rate Confirmation - They do not pay for detention. They do not pay for layover. They will leave you stuck at a received and then block your number. Unprofessional and typical broker scammer.

After booking the load ,broker called numerous times and send driver to make a video call confirming truck and trailer . Never send text message to driver for trucking link and after load was delivered charged for not trucking. Ridiculous service and broker.

We booked a load with this customer and show up for the load and could get loaded. We tried getting in contact with the broker to resolve the issue and they ghosted us. I have called several times, and emailed. We billed for TONU and it was denied. I responded back that it needed it to be reviewed again for payment and have had no response.

We booked the load as drop trailer for 7 hours. They unloaded the driver after 4 days and they are not paying any layovers for a month. They ignore us and even if they answer they are answering using AI. Horrible experience!!! Horrible communication!!! Horrible broker!!

We appreciate the collaboration between MC Carrier and BvB Freight Dispatch in handling Load 6616 (CO-AZ). The driver was actively tracking throughout the trip, and supporting evidence has been provided (see attached). Despite unavoidable shipper-related delays, MC Carrier remained committed to completing the load efficiently. While BvB Freight Dispatch acknowledges prior tracking concerns, they have confirmed that no tracking-related charges will be imposed. Additionally, MC Carrier has provided clear terms regarding their tech tracking policies, ensuring transparency in the process. Both parties have maintained open communication, and we look forward to continuing a productive partnership.

ATTENTION!! “do not haul“ for BVB Freight
Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)
Do not haul for BVB Freight also none as BVB Express MC 1164350. Driver had a rate con with a 4:00 pm appointment. Shipper advised driver the broker Ted, lied his appointment is at 6:00 pm come back. Driver arrived on time didn’t get loaded until 4:30 am. I reached out to broker via email and phone got no answer to request layover. Called several times still no answer. Broker emailed back and asked me is that a reason to blow up his phone in the morning (8:00am mind you) and he stated he would look into the layover pay. Never answered the phone and stop responding to emails. Horrible customer service I can’t emphasize more DO NOT HAUL.!!!!
