Blue Grace Logistics 2846 S Falkenburg Rd Riverview, FL 33578 They don’t honor their accessorial provision of their own contract. 2 weeks later they ignore our requests for a revised rate confirmation on a detention that happened. Be aware that many people complain they pay extremely slow too.

I wish I read these reviews before booking a load with this broker!! UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS FINEST!! we booked a load picking up at Signature Brand LLC Ocala FL going to Walmart LA. We checked in 2 hours before pick up time and the guard told us the load was picked up by another carrier. This is a system that is being used by this Broker a lot! They will book 1 load for two carriers and which ever makes it to the shipper first will pick it up, that way their load will not be left behind regardless. This system is very unprofessional and hurting carriers badly. It’s Friday evening in Florida and there is no way truck can come out on a weekend. We called their night shift Jasica and she said give me 5 minutes I will reach out to the shipper. We waited over an hour and sent the truck back to the truck stop. She called an hour later and said send the truck back the load is ready. We sent the truck back do the shipper and the guard told us this load is picked up and provided the copy of the BOL to us! Please stay away as much as your can! This is the type of brokers that are killing the industry.

Bad practices
Bluegrace logistics wanted me to pay $140.00 to get into a shipper at the port, then said he (Zach) couldn't promise I would get loaded. My dispatch told him to find out for sure before they sent me over to pick up load broker stated I'll call you back. Ten minutes before shipper closes broker calls and said just go pay and get the load I (broker) didn't make it a priority to check their hours but maybe they will wait on you. My dispatch laughed and told him to pull me off the load and they would be placed on company blacklist since drivers waiting for answers aren't a priority.....
