Non-Payment for Completed Load
Reason: Payment issues
We were hired by Arrive Logistics to haul a load from Phoenix Paper, Wickliffe, KY to Cascades Tissue Group, Pryor, OK. Our driver arrived at 11:03 a.m., only three minutes past the scheduled delivery appointment of 11:00 a.m. Despite this minor delay, the receiver refused to unload the shipment. For the next 24 hours, Arrive Logistics representatives assured us that they were âworking on resolving the issue.â After a full day of waiting, they instructed us to return the load back to the shipper in Wickliffe, KY. After multiple follow-ups, Arrive finally informed us that they would not pay for the trip from KY to OK nor for the return trip, claiming their customer refused to pay them. This situation is completely unacceptable for several reasons: We were hired and dispatched by Arrive Logistics, not their customer. We fulfilled all instructions and completed the work requested. Therefore, payment responsibility lies entirely with Arrive. Failure to pay due to your customerâs non-payment is not a valid excuse. By that logic, if I refused to pay my driver because I wasnât paid, it would be absurd â yet thatâs exactly what Arrive is doing to us. Arrive Logistics has demonstrated poor business practices and a lack of financial accountability. Trucking companies should be cautious when working with them, as they appear unable to manage even simple delivery disputes professionally or responsibly. In summary, we expect full payment for the services rendered. The fact that a 3-minute delay resulted in a 48-hour ordeal and non-payment reflects extremely poorly on Arrive Logisticsâ operations and ethics.

Wont Pay TONU's as well as their rates are horrible
Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)
We had 3 shipments in one day with them at the same shipper. 2 of the 3 were ready, one was not. Drivers all arrived to the location and one was turned away because there was no 3rd load. TONU was refused by the broker.
