Since we took load & signed confirmation in over 3 hours driver received maybe 50 phone calls about a status, even thought it was 2.5 hours to schedule pickup. exchange email etc. up to when I inform their dispatcher that there is a $10,000 fine if something unusual happen and DOT will find calls. Over 45 years in business first time happens to me, that bad practice. they will of course said that we did not pickup phone, which was not possible to pickup
