BE VERY careful with this company. We were transporting a load from CA to IL and ended up being 8 hours late, despite notifying the broker a day ahead about the delay. The response from an employee named Carrie was extremely unprofessional; she yelled and insulted me. Although she scheduled a new appointment and we successfully delivered the load without any issues, we haven't received payment even after 3 months. When we followed up about the payment, they retaliated by filing a false Freightguard report against us. It's advisable to avoid engaging with this company due to their lack of professionalism.
