They make deductions from your rate confirmation. They deduct from our payment $118.90 for 4 damages cases on a full load with over 1000 cases, because the customer said it was the driver responsibility to not load damage product. In that shipper they do not allow drivers to be in there to check the product while getting loaded, what they did to us that is not fair, be aware before getting a load with this broker, because they do deductions out your rate confirmations without letting you know.

Very arrogant behaviour, do not do business with them: called Luke for their load from Santa Maria CA to Boise ID and when I gave him my rate and he laughed and hanged up the phone without saying any word.
