  We run load for him there was Lumper and he never answer our calll and refuse every time and everytime saying like i am sending you lumper I am busy I am busy BLAH BLAH And then nothing it was $387 and he never response us back and even block my number

  SCUMM. Don't book any loads with Kamil or these broker

  Reason: Payment issues

  I booked a load with this broker ( kamil) and he gave us the pick up number, all was good. we get to shipper, we wait for 6 hours to get loaded they call us to load us and as for pick up number and they said the pick up number you gave us has already been loaded. So kamil made a mistake or with intention gave us a duplicate pick up number. ok bro problem, people make mistakes. We told him that's his mistake and he has to pay Tony for 150mile dead head and for our 8 hours plus we wasted. he refused. I have never seen a scum like this in my life. He then offered to give us a lower paying load since we were already there but we demanded a tonu if we were to do any other loads with him. He refuesed to pay us and claimed we didn't communicate. I have phone records to prove that we called 3-4 times made sure of the pick up number. this was not our fault, we did our job. Then next day kamil decides to report our MC to freight watch and claim that we didn't do this load and that we wasted his time. This is defamation!!! DO not do business with this people. I can provide proof for everything I have mentioned above. Don't risk getting reported for doing your job because brokers don't want to Pay a tonu. Despicable human being. May God return the karma coming your way.

  No Pay For Truck Use

  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  Kamil Babayev I did book the load with him,I was having almost 300 miles dead head,the load suppose to be picked up next day,I did drove almost to the pick up over 220miles,than I received the call from tham and I got informed they don't longer need my Vented Trailer and they are needing a reefer,and they can't pay me for Tonu (Truck Ordered Not Used).I did sign the RC. When I call tham they did hang up in my face... And then no answer on emails or phone. They are dirty brokers,no recomand to work with tham.
