Not Reliable
Reason: Unethical business practices
We booked this load with the broker. Our driver was on site at the pick up in a door waiting for the P.O. numbers to get loaded. The company wouldn't answer the phone the first couple of times that they were called. They never sent any email except the original one with the rate confirmation was sent and never did any follow-up for the load.When we did get someone to answer they gave us the run around for the numbers. Then they claimed that they sent a email asking us questions about having an ELD. When we explained that this truck didn't need one they told us that we couldn't haul the load. They refused to even consider a TONU even though the driver was in a door waiting to be loaded. They were rude and inconsiderate and failed to give out all of the requirements when the load was booked. This company is horrible and we will never try to book a load with them again. Highly suggest anyone should reconsider before booking a load with this company.
