Titanium American Logistics, failed to remit payment for services rendered and engaged in deceptive business practices. We fulfilled all transportation services in good faith, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, we have not received payment, nor a legitimate explanation. The broker has provided misleading information and failed to honor agreed-upon terms, we never got unloaded when we were told, and were advised to drop the load 218 miles away from the initial drop location and never got paid for that.
