Broker put a Freight Guard on us because the reefer couldn't reach the temperature. Nobody in that company answers our calls now. But before the Freight Guard the broker on this load Megan Harmon was in contact with our driver, dispatcher and with the shipper, so she was aware of everything. This is email from the broker: Megan Harmon Dec 19, 2024, 1:24 PM to me, angela@jbrotherslogistics.com, Michelle Let me know when you have an available truck besides this one and where it is and I will see if we can match it up with something we have. Until then, the report stays up. She put the Freight Guard but she wants to use our trucks
