  we were contracted by this broker to haul a load from el paso to plains tx with 2 stops , arring at pick up the shipper refused to release the load to us because on their end it was only 1 delivery , after contacting this broker the shipper agreed to load but only if the broker itself calls them with the good to go , our driver was never aware of a pick up number or any other information as per shipper requiest this had to be confirmed only by TD LOGISTIX , after several weeks Ernesto Rios emailed us that their shipper loaded us with half the freight and they contracted another carrier to haul the rest and therefore we wont be paid a penny because the 950 $ that they owe us it went to a different carrier ,now make it make sense , how come you pay for a full truckload 950 and then for 5 skids left same amount ! this brokerage is sketchy , unprofesional , unreliable , hard to get a hold of , impossible to catch on the phone or email and now they are refusing to pay the contracted rate , now we did try to talk to them because even though we had no idea what we are hauling we agree to take the fault because we have not send them the bol before leaving the shipper , but this resulted in a no payment completely , my driver drove 450 miles picked up droped twice and had zero pay, if thats not scamming i dont know what it is !
