  Unprofessional behaviour

  Load “no touch to the driver”. Got to delivery in IL at Coca Cola. There was a shifted pallet and the receiver said they have no lumper service, so the driver was given a pallet and told to restock it himself. I called the broker to inform about the situation, they asked for pictures and I provided them. Broker said will advise, then told me to go to a place next morning, to get restacked. When I called the driver to inform him about that, he said he’s already doing the work since the receiver left him with no choice - either do it, or leave the premises. I informed Sarah right away and I never got a response. I asked for $150 for the driver assistance, which they deny now (after days and days of me trying to get them to respond to my emails). They denied the $150, saying they offered me a resolution - to lose 1 day, to get the pallet restacked and get to deliver God knows when. In other words, they’d just prefer to pay us $250 in layover + miles and extra time spent there, waiting for a new appointment, instead of just paying $150, so I can reimburse the driver and get over with. Sarah, you’re a bully!
