We did a load for them and had 3 hrs of detention time but next day the office didnât want to pay because we didnât submit the paperwork with lumber receipt.

booked a load this morning and had to do a carrier setup which we did. I was told I could have my driver start heading towards N. Kansas City. He deadheaded 57 miles there and never got my rate con. Have tried contacting him multiple times and won't respond to calls or emails. I have reported this to their carrier support team but doesn't look like they care either.
