  Drew Burtner confirmed that the driver arrived at the pickup facility as scheduled. According to the Bill of Lading (BOL), the driver arrived at 12:00 and departed at 19:00. The load was successfully picked up and impossible o make this delivery on time due to long loading . Drew Burtner has stated that he will not pay detention fees for the extended wait time at the facility. He noted that Spanish Fork operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and he wishes to avoid straining the relationship with the facility by repeatedly requesting compensation for the delay saying "Don't want to piss them off by continuing to ask."

  Reason: Unethical business practices

  We had an agreement with Tucker Julius to retain the truck for the original appointment at 12:30 PM. Following your customer’s request to reschedule, we promptly accommodated and ensured the pickup was completed within two hours of receiving notification that the shipment was ready. We have sent to broker both call recordings as proof. Despite our efforts to adapt and minimize delays, denying us the TONU compensation is unjustified. We acted in good faith, and Tucker’s decision not to honor the TONU raises concerns that the load may have been covered at a lower rate elsewhere.
