They put 100 excuses to not pay a detention fee to one of my drivers also still waiting for a laid over as well. Broker claims my driver was late the reason why he ended up doing a laid over when my driver was at delivery in Logan twp. NJ (TARGET) 1HR 33MINS before appointment. Has been a month and still waiting to get some type of compensation.

Another scam load, quadruple brokered load

Another scam load and possibly none payment. RXO holds the contract for this load. As you can see in the left hand corner RXO name is on the BOL. Notice UBER Freight is in the bill freight charge section. Sharp Transportation as the carrier. I picked this load up and am not with Sharp Transportation. I booked this load with Arrive Logistics. This indicates a quadruple brokered load. I reached out to Arrive and RXO on this issue and neither one wants to do anything about this. This needs to stop and all of us in this industry need to work together to fix the fraud, scams and none payments or double payments. The costumer Hilex Poly needs to take a hard look at this and who they hire to move there loads.
