Truck was loaded for 10 hours. We had to wait for 7 days for detention to be sent over, but with a charge back of $500 for late delivery. When we explained that load was late only because shipper held up the truck for 10 hours and we will not violate HOS to make on time delivery. It did't matter for them, all they care is to charge saying that HOme Depot is charging them witch is a false statment. We delivered late at home depot before and no charges were applied from different brokers
