Same, got a letter from insurance that we will receive a "PORTION" of our payment, once all claims are sumitted then they will start payouts. What a bunch of theives these brokers are, they get paid in full by their customers and the truck driver ends up losing again.

We had been doing business with them for close to 2 years, then they just quit paying us. We filed on their surety bond back in June, and received this in an email this morning from the bond company. "As the penal was reached with single carrier prior to receiving your claim and many other claims we are required to obtain authorization from each claimant to proceed with a pro rate distribution of funds. There is a total of 14 claimants with a total of $168,478.78 in claims." And they had the balls to "scold" me for filing on their bond: "We have been working together for a long time, usually weekly. And you all chose this path. Unbelievable." THIS HERE is one of the reasons brokers get a bad rap.
