Magellan transport logistics. Unacceptable. Had a scheduled pick up at 6pm, they asked about eta for pick up right away, after booking the load. When the load was booked, we mentioned that we're 25 miles away from the pick up. It was confirmed by Magellan that the appointment is scheduled and we can't go early. The driver was in the shower, when Magellan called him. He knew, to call for dispatch (pick up numbers and such), when he'll be ready to check in, at the shipper and Magellan still called him. What for? Why Magellan provides instructions and then don't follow them? That's simply messed up schedule and everything. They called the driver and decided to recover the load with a different carrier.
