this company allows their reps to make a mistake and sell loads to whoever without verifying with carrier profile if it matches the phone, emails or names ,but then blaming the legit carrier for it, on top of that they report a negative review on WATCHDOG, AND THEY PUT CARRIER ON DNU LIST !!!! I HOPE THEIR CEO SEES THAT !!! AND TAKES ACTION this rep is Melissa Farrerl

Booked a load. After one hour, they sent email about a mistake and that Amazon wanted a trailer dropped so we could power only. When I called the ph# on the conf it was a LANDSTAR ph# but no answer. Wasted 60 miles of driving.

You can of course book with one of their employees so @loadsmart.com is the actual one.
