Fraudulent Double Broker

I dispatched Phillips Logistics Inc MC#1070837, who called in on my DAT posting. We told them multiple times the carrier would be checked at shipper. Their story for load time changed multiple times and the pick up got pushed back. This lead us to believe there may be fraud occurring. Upon a driver actually showing up, the trailer/tractor he had was listed under another company called BE Transport MC# 711831. I was able to contact them directly and confirm they were brokered this load through DAT by Lionheart Expedited MC# 669661.
