Booked with "Jusic, Selma" , decided to reschedule the 4am delivery appointment despite the fact that the driver was not late and was on time. Attached is the proof that I stated that the driver would be there in time and not to reschedule us but they still did it DRIVER WAS NOT LATE TO THIS DELIVERY. Also, broker stated on the phone that the tracking link has been sent to the office phone number instead of the driver's phone. We have been charged a 250 late fee which is wrong because the broker decided to move the appointment to later on the day after I had specifically told him not to move it because we will be there as initially scheduled.

Landstar hits again. ❌⭕️⛔️⁉️❎ Booked a load Toledo, OH 2,313 Seattle, WA with Rikki. Booked the load on Wed, anyway he kept the load whole day on the DAT after booking it just to inform us that the customer cancelled the load, just before the pickup. Called the customer and asked if really it got cancelled, customer was like: - "How cancel, I didn't cancel anything, I am actually loading the truck right now 🙂" He sold it for less actually. No business ethics.

Avoid doing business with Landstar/ Max Abraham / Taylor Shipping Solutions ❌⛔️🚫📵❗️❓ Carrier has fulfilled its contractual obligations as clearly expressed in the Rate Confirmation as per agreement when the load was boomed. Landstar/ Max Abraham / Taylor Shipping Solutions did not. They changed the contractual terms unilaterally: have rescheduled the load delivery appt without informing the carrier and now dont want to cover the cost for detention.
