Reason: Unethical business practices
Had a breakdown while on a load. Broker begged us to repower it due to its importance & to maintain customer satisfaction. We allowed them to do so & expected a reduced rate but Zack repeatedly stated on the phone that they would pay for repowering & not reduce our rate. After delivery, KTB accused us of committing fraud for trying to receive payment as we didn’t deliver. Tyler Smith admitted in writing that they intentionally deceived us to deliver the load & had zero intention of paying us.
