Been driving for Just In Time Cargo for a while now, and I can honestly say it's a great place to work. The company really values its drivers and provides consistent routes, which makes my job easier and more predictable. The pay is decent, especially for someone starting out, and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere among the staff. While there are some minor challenges with dispatch communication, the overall experience has been positive. Really appreciate the management of the company, great example for others.
