Reason: Fraud
There was a claim on the load for a little rip on a bag caused by shipping pallets. They held payment, contacted insurance and wont let us know the amount for over 2 weeks. They hired a lawyer and lawyer keeps threatening about payment. Have it all in emails. Soon will report to FMCSA and get their bonds involved. Lawyer claims if i call anybody except him I will forfeit the pay on the load. By the way he doesnt answer the phone and says I do not want to talk to you
