ON 10/13 AT 11 AM I SIGN CONFIRMATIO AND RETURN IT TO THE ACCOUNT MANAGER, SHAYLA GONZALES AND KERI MCCAIN, ON 10/14 THEY SAID I DID NOT SIGN SO, I HAVE PROOF FROM GOOGLE ALL THIS EMAIL THEN THEY REMOVE ME FROM LOAD, SO I SEND THEM PROOF FROM GOOGLE AND MY, SINCE THEY CREATED THAT RC AND THEY SAID MY SIGNATURE IS TOO SMALL. I DID DID NOT CREATE THAT LINE HAVE NOTHIONG TO DO IF THEY CAN NOT READ THEIR OWN RC. AND THEY CANCEL LOAD. SOP I ASK FOR TONU NO RESPONSE FOR SOIME REASON I CAN NOT ATTACH FILE WHICH IS IN PDF FORMAT, CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS ALL IT IS REGARDING NT LOGISTICS, from FRISCO, TX, US DOT 2225219 OR MC 362542 WAS ASKING FOR TONU, & NO RESPONSE IT IS NOT POSIBLETO ATTACH FILE IN PDF FORMAT

The driver arrived at the shipper, but the facility was closed. Despite immediate notification from MC Carrier LLC personnel (Daniel Bucur on October 11, 2025, at 15:25 PDT, and Vladimir Chilari on October 12, 2025, at 03:56 PDT), Hub Group's team (specifically Amanda Trice and Vanessa Anderson) did not provide a timely resolution or contact for the closed shipper over the weekend. Hub Group subsequently cancelled the load on October 13, 2025, at 07:13 PDT, and stated that no TONU (Truck Order Not Used) would be issued for October 11, claiming the shipper is 24 hours. This claim is disputed by MC Carrier LLC, who reported the shipper as closed for the entire weekend and noted a lack of support from Hub Group during this period.

I arrived at the shipper, only to find that the load had already been picked up. They made me wait there for two hours without any updates and never called me back. The next day, they blamed me for leaving the site without notice and then hung up on me.
