Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, Helix Logistics has failed to respond to our communications and has provided inaccurate information regarding the status of payment. Payment was promised on three separate occasions; however, no funds have been received to date. As a result, we have submitted a claim on their bond to seek resolution of the outstanding balance.
