  AM TRANS - FUSION TRANSPORT (NOT PAYING ON TIME)

  Reason: Payment issues

  We were promised to get paid at 5-Day quick pay as my FACTORING COMPANY don't want to factor them cause they have a record of paying more than 60 days. It was a good load but it took 14 days to get paid. I read a few reviews from REDDIT that some of them gets paid for more than 45-60 days.

  Deducted $500 payment from carrier for a shipper delay

  Reason: Unreasonable chargeback

  Fusion Transport (aamicucci@fusiontransport.com) deducted $500 payment, citing missed delivery appointments. The late delivery was due to a significant shipper delay, not carrier negligence. The tight timeframe (33 hours to cover 1,825 miles from a 4:00 PM PT pickup on 05/07 to a 5:00 AM CT delivery on 05/09) was mathematically unachievable without violating Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. Carrier notified Fusion Transport as early as 4:00 PM PT on 05/07 about the loading delay caused by shipper and delivery feasibility concerns. Follow-up emails and updates were sent with no response from Fusion Transport. Carrier has provided vehicle position history, screenshots of driver HOS logs, and all emails confirming their communication attempts. Carrier rejected the $250 offer provided by aamicucci@fusiontransport.com, should not be charged any fees that are under shipper responsibility.
