  Reason: Unethical business practices

  Freightwatch Logistics MC 964351. We booked a load 2 days ago for a saturday Pickup monday delivery, and we got informed on friday 4 pm central time that the load was pushed for pickup sunday and they asked us if we still can do it, we told them that we need some minutes to discuss with the driver to see if he agrees and we stated that we will need a layover as well, as soon as we mentioned the layover the broker told us that the customer covered the load himself, after requesting the TONU broker stated that it is our fault that we didn’t agree to pickup Sunday and that he will not pay us TONU because he gave us an option to pickup Sunday and we refused

  They failed to pay us, claiming their factoring company sent the payment to someone else. They insist they cannot do anything to resolve the situation. What?

  Reason: Accessorial non payment (detention, TONU, lumper, layover, redelivery)

  No Detention, No Communication! We spent 4 hours at the consignee waiting, and when we asked for detention, we got hung up on. After that, they never answered the phone again. If you run into any issues while doing the load, don’t expect them to resolve it.
